Fivos, or Apollo, was the bright god of light, oracles and music. The oracle of Delphi, where Pythia made her prophesies, was built in his honour.

Vinification / Maturation: Classical red wine vinification; under the Commission regulation (EC) No 606/2009. Five day maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature at approximately 27° C.
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Eyes: Bright red.
Nose: Aromas of blackcurrant and sweet cherry.
Palate: A medium body and rich cherry in the mouth with traces of minerals, followed by velvety tannins, elegant acidity and a spicy aftertaste that urges you to drink some more.
Food Pairing: This wine may accompany white meat dishes, meat stews with tomato sauce, pasta with various red sauces, roasted vegetables, grilled or baked meat and fish, fresh yellow cheese and cooked meats. Best served at 16-18° C.
